Grub Crawl tickets are now available for $35 each. They will be at every building in the district. Please encourage all your friends, family members, neighbors to join in the fun! The participating restaurants are:

The DAC has provided approximately $10,000 in grant money to our schools. Please support this event so we can continue to provide funding for unique and innovative programs that benefit our students:)

Dear Huron Valley Staff and Friends,

The Diversity Action Council announces the seventh annual "Dining for Diversity" Grub Crawl on Thursday, June 16, 2011. The time for this event is 5:00 - 9:00 p.m. Several local restaurants have already committed to participating in this worthwhile event that benefits school and community programs that are sponsored by the DAC and Community Sharing (an organization that provides assistance to are families in need). Here is the plan:

• Ticket price is $35 per person - Adults Only!

• You will receive a "Dining for Diversity" t-shirt which will be your "ticket" into the reserved area of the restaurants. T-shirts may be picked up ahead of time or you may pick them up at "check-in" 4:30-5:30 on June 16th at the gazebo in downtown Milford where the Lakeland High School Jazz Band will be playing!

• At the restaurants, food will be provided to all patrons who are wearing the special t-shirt.

• Beverages are on your own - not included in the ticket price.

• You will be advised as to which restaurant you report to first. Participants will then travel to the different restaurants throughout the evening.

This is the only D.A.C. fundraiser. Thanks to your participation, we have been able to provide approximately $10,000 in grant funding back to the schools and community!
